Colleen is responsible for managing and mentoring the claims team, conducting training and overseeing the claims adjustment process. In addition to nearly 10 years of equipment breakdown insurance experience, Colleen has a background in corporate security. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University school of Law.
